Shipping scope
We currently ship within Germany. Orders are processed Mon–Fri (business days).
Where we ship from
We work with vetted manufacturing partners and fulfillment centers. Depending on the item, your order may ship from our EU hub or partner warehouses in Asia. Some items ship directly from the supplier to reduce handling and waste. (This is also known as a dropship model.)
Processing time
Most orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery time
Typical delivery times after dispatch are:
Germany: ~9–17 days (includes processing & transit)
Actual times vary by product, stock location, carrier capacity, and public holidays.
Multiple-item orders
If your cart includes items from different partner warehouses, you may receive separate packages and tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Tracking
Every parcel has a tracking number. It may take 24–72 hours to show carrier scans after you receive your tracking email.
Shipping fees
Standard shipping: Standard shipping within Germany is free for orders over €39. Otherwise €3.90.
Any temporary promos will be shown at checkout.
Customs, duties & VAT
VAT is included in prices shown to customers in Germany. If a carrier charges unexpected import fees, contact us and we’ll help investigate—most customers do not incur additional fees for orders delivered to Germany.
Address issues & Deliver attempts
Please double-check your address at checkout. Missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed parcels that return to sender may incur a reship fee. If you notice a mistake, contact support immediately: support@houseofsteam.store.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. For damaged items, email photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and reship or refund.
Holiday & peak season
During peak periods (e.g., November–January), processing and transit can take longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
